Richard: I think we both deserve a medal for playing on such a slippy surface. It really was a close call, I couldn't manage to take advantage of going ahead in the sets but that was also down to some heroic effort by Tai who never stopped running. Cobwebs well and truly blown off.

Tai: I almost lost my lungs playing this, Richard had me running all over the court. The game could have gone either way. We had many long rallies and deuces. Thanks, Richard, for playing despite the court conditions. All the best in your remaining games.

Andrew: Thanks Chris, Doesnt shoe on here but just for the notes we played the third set which was 6-6 then went to a tie break as on the result. Marcus: Thanks for the game Daniel, much closer than the score suggests, Daniel is a really good player, a real strong striker of the ball on the baseline. A bad knee meant that he couldn’t reach the low balls close to the net, which allowed me to gain what would be an unfair advantage. Fantastic rallying after the match, fast and furious. 🎾🎾👍🏼
