Joe: Great game with Jeremy. The first set was very tight and had a series of incredibly long deuces in a lot of the games. Some big momentum swings in there too. Jeremy is a very tough opponent. Well played and good luck with the rest of your season!

Jeremy: Well deserved win Joe. You have a really potent topspin forehand, which I struggled to deal with today. And your consistency (deserting me in the second set) was impressive too. Well played.

Andrew: Thanks Rupesh, Good competitive match. Deserved win for yourself after you came back from a few games behind to take the first set. Then won the key points in the 3rd, I was unable to return many of those well placed powerful shots and that really made the difference.

Sam: A fab game with Joe that ended as a gruelling battle of attrition. Some great tennis throughout and I really struggled with how much Joe stepped up in the second and made me work hard for every point. Well played, Joe, and hopefully we cross paths again in future leagues.

Joe: Absolutely shattered after that match, well played Sam. Didn’t show up in the first set but came back into the second. Momentum swung against me in the tie break with some really long points. Great game, Sam was the more consistent player and deserved the win. Congrats!
