Dan: Sadly my back went pretty badly while running down a lob of Sam’s and we had to call it. Well played up until then despite the horror wind! Look forward to getting a full game in in the future sometime.

Iain: Not quite sure how I got over the line against Tom, who dictated play with a big first serve and tricky changes of spin. Got just enough balls back in play, well played Tom!

Iain: A really competitive, fun game against Zach who hits heavy topspin and has the ability to crunch high short balls. I just got enough balls back in play but was so close (4-4) in the second set. Well played Zach!

Dan: Really enjoyable match with Thomas in glorious sun! Very close match and often struggled to deal with his monster forearm. Could have gone either way

Iain: A mega fun match against James who is returning to tennis and looks a million dollars! I had to play out of my skin but was also lucky to catch James on his comeback. Loads of great points and really could have gone either way. Well played James!

James: Really fun game. Iain is a great player who returned everything I threw at him. Looking forward to playing him again!
