Vinay: Thanks Sri for playing today. It was a really good game with some fantastic rallies and technical shots. Playing against you was tough especially with your slice shots and your first serve was amazing in the first half. I may have been a bit lucky in the second half. Thanks so much for the hot drinks afterwards. I’ll definitely play again. All the best for your upcoming games.

Sri: A great game. Some really good rallies and a lot of slices. Vinay struggled with his first serve but made good use of the variety of other shots. He was more consistent and totally deserved the win. Hopefully we can play again soon. Good luck with the rest of your matches.

Lewis: The ultimate game of spin to win! Chris hit a lot of great slices, drop shots and lobs and we had some fantastic long rallies.

Chris: It was a battle of spin masters indeed. Fair play to Lewis, he beat me at my own game. Good fun with all the spin and racing up and down the court!

Chris: A lovely match on a sunny day. Many games in deuce, we really had to work hard for some of those points!

Elizabeth: Great match James! Tough playing in the heat!

Margo: Well, I was rather off form, exhausted from long day and week and getting across town to the match 😅 Saying that, Sammy is in a different league 😅towards the ‘advanced’ of Advanced! Well done Sammy. I really enjoyed the match even though it really whizzed by! I can’t remember playing someone like that with that spin. You have some skills there which you said you learnt when you were a kid, it really shows, great match play and it was fun for me “sometimes” hehe when I didn’t know what to expect next.
