Bury Knowle Park Tennis Courts

Arjun: Well played Anthony! Very close at times but I just couldn’t bring my A-game today. Good luck for the rest of the league :)

Anthony: Thanks for the game Arjun. A close one despite you not feeling 100%. Good luck for your remaining matches!

Peter: Very competitive game with Josh! Your net play improved a lot throughout the game and I was without a chance in the super tie break.

Josh: Thanks for game Peter, it was really competitive with lots of deuces and service breaks. Yes, finally started to put some volleys away in the tie break!

Artur: Great match with heavy hitting decided by inches at the ends of two sets. That backhand is a killer and made a difference. Generally one of the best games I recently had. Well done mate.

Simon: The battle of middle-aged dads :) First set felt very tight, could have gone either way. We both faded a bit in the second, lost track of how many breaks of serve, but it was good fun. Thanks Jonas!

Edward: Really fun. Some ferocious hitting from Chris! (Suspect the score would have looked different if Chris hadn’t played a two hour match immediately before!) looking forward to playing again

Christopher: Super fun session! Edward’s serve was amazing and his shot selection and tactics were outstanding. Looking forward to playing again next time!

Dany: Managed to get done before dark. Well played.

Sam: Really close first set, lots of running with Danny's excellent drop shots.

SungJun: A great game with David. His slice and drop shots were really great. 👍

David: Pretty hot and tiring game, Sungjun really knows to belt the ball on both sides, with a bit more consistency on serve, it would have been very close. Good fun 🎾

Bence: A high quality match with Anthony, with a great variety of shots throughout. He covered every corner of the court and showed great consistency.

Anthony: Very fun and competitive match. Bence’s serve is a rocket and we kept each running despite the tricky conditions

James: Likewise Paris, conditions were a little slippery today, but we still managed some great rallies with most games going to deuce. Good luck with the rest of the league and look forward to playing again

Paris: Deserved victory, James!. Thank you so much for the amazing rallies and fun chat. I really enjoyed the match! Wishing you the best of luck and hope to play again soon.
