North Oxford Lawn Tennis Club Tennis Courts

Sri: Tough conditions for the match, wet and cold. Both of us played cagely to avoid slipping. Some good rallies and a few games went to duece. Let's play again. Good luck with the rest of the matches.

David: Yes - really nice to meet you and fun to play but not 100% the best conditions!

Sri: A great match, amazing rallies and one classy ace😂. My serve dropped as the match progressed and I made a lot of mistakes. Mat was on it all the time. It was fun playing with you Mat. Best, Sri

Mat: Fun match with Sri, with some decent variey of long baseline rallies, serve and volley and aggressive net play from both sides. In the end I was just less faulty and more consistent. Well played!

Mark: Very enjoyable way to start the weekend. Tom is skilled at hitting the ball to the back of the court with top spin! All the best for your future matches Tom.

Tom: A fair win to Mark. His consistency and pace made it very difficult to score points. I made more mistakes. A really fun match. Good luck for the rest of the season Mark.

Sri: Great game. Almost every other game went to multiple duece and the match could easily gone the otherway. A pleasure to play you Jake and we should play again. Good luck.

Jake: Tricky game today - particularly the first set. It was a pleasure to play with Sri, however. I look forward to the next game

Arda: Great tennis! Thanks Sam, the third set was the best!

Sam: Well played Arda, glad to get some good tennis in-between all the rain.

Antony: Such a fun game. We both had our moments of good and bad play. Thanks Ivan.

David: Sid’s precision and placement was super good, too much for me ! Good fun 🤩

Sid: Great to play David, he had some really good forehands! All the best for the rest of the league

Mat: Very enjoyable match in a cold Monday evening, some good quality tennis too! Very nice meeting you Duncan

Duncan: Fun game thanks Mat. Yes bit chilly, should've played in a onesie :). Hope to play you again soon

Steve: Fun and close game with Anthony. Could have gone either way.

Zachary: A close match in cold and windy conditions. Gradually raised my level as the match went on. Thanks for the match Ian.

Ian: I had a reasonable start but was just overpowered in the end. Very well played.
