Tom: Thoroughly enjoyable game in very windy conditions. Lots of fun rallies and the match was really tight. Antony hit some great drop shots and passing shots and was very solid at the net. It was fine margins that won me the game but could have gone either way.

Antony: A very enjoyable game - with the occasional flashes of some very good tennis amid some excellent rallies. Tom hit some stunning winners and deserved the victory

David: Soaking wet game, Marco has a great serve out wide and very deft work at the net - great fun!

Marco: Wet but fun match! David is really consistent, I had to work hard for every point!

Troels: Probably played best game of tennis I’ve played in the last x Spin leagues - bit unfair as I’m definitely not actually as good as I was today !! Definitely was wet and windy.

Fraser: Very close match with great rallies and tight game throughout. The first set was ridiculously close and the second set going the same way at 3-3. On the restart the weather was very breezy but fortunately I started strongly. Look forward to playing again.

Antony: A great game and really enjoyed playing Ed - some excellent rallies and a very hard fought 2nd set that I just managed to edge in tie breaker.

Edward: I think Antony won the first 8 points - not a great start - but I managed to get into it as the match went on. Tough fight second set with some great rallies, but well deserved Antony, great range of shots, making me run, chasing everything down as well 👍🏻
