Marco: Couldn’t find an answer to Chris slice forehand today, very well deserved win!

Alejandro: Epic battle! Our matches are usually very tight but nothing like this one. I managed to stay ahead on the 3rd set and keep my head in the game until the end. Thanks Ed! Siempre un placer! :)

Edward: Yes, a real battle in warm/humid conditions, I felt like I had upper hand going into 2nd set, but then Ale came back stronger, playing braver and some nice winners near the end. Hasta el próximo 👍🏻

Lewis: Thoroughly enjoyable match with some unbelievable net play from Flora, and a lot of chasing for me!

Flora: Thanks very much Lewis, our match was brilliantly entertaining from the first point to the last. Your short shots were amazing as was your movement - everything came back and I really had to think hard to outwit you. Very well played and I hope we can have a rematch soon.

Sam: Exhausted, an epic tussle that was a test of endurance as well as tennis. In the end there were only a couple of points in it!

Finn: Really well played by Sam - and very good mental resilience (in the face of my comparative mental weakness!) I thought trying to shorten points with attempted winners would work, but Sam's too good at getting things back, and consistency (as usual) is the better strategy!

Oly: A titanic tussle with Josh, really could have gone either way. Hope to meet on court again soon.

Josh: Great match with Oly, looking forward to the rematch!

Josh: A good game with Neil that was closer than the score suggests, with several games having lots of deuces.

Neil: Josh was on fire today! Good game!

Sara: I really enjoyed my match with David! He’s excellent at the net and has some seriously powerful winners. My only real option was to stay on the defensive against his strong game. He was also incredibly kind—I’m pretty sure a few of my shots were out! I’m already looking forward to playing him again.

David: An excellent match and thoroughly enjoyed it - even though I couldn’t reliably deal with your deep ground shots! Look forward to playing again.

Will: Great match with Steve. There are many nice rallies and the games are full of deuces:)
