Ally: A really tight match with Will. We both like to play from the baseline so it made for a gruelling couple of sets in 2.5 hours in hot conditions. I was hitting the lines more than usual which I think decided this one on a few key points.

Will: Great game with Ally. There are loads of good rallies with lots of deuces also. We both got exhausted towards the end. Looking forward to playing with you again!

Inna: It was absolutely lovely to meet you! I had a great time in the sunshine! I had to really figure your game out and not really sure how i crawled my way out of not losing the first set! We had so many long rallies/duces and you were absolutely fantastic keeping all balls on the baseline!! Thank you for a fun game!

Holly: Wow, what a great match! Inna, you are so consistent and skilful, I had to work very hard for the win, and was fortunate with the final set today. So many super long points and deuce games, we'd better book the courts for 4 hours next time we play 😂😂. Thanks again for such an enjoyable match!

Jamal: Katarina's very aggressive game gave me no time to play my normal game. Big first serve, big second serve, big forehand, big backhand allied to great placement & angles. Just completely overpowered in a total mismatch today and I served badly so that didn't help. Just a really, really bad day at the office for me today altogether but Katarina was far superior anyway. Congratulations and thanks for coming down to play, Katarina!

Hannah: It’s always a pleasure to play Jamal. He had epic comebacks and we had lots of deuces and rallies. Looking forward to playing again!

Jamal: Hannah was simply much better than me today - I felt nervous from the start & just never got going. Once I lost the first set tie-break (yet another one!) after working very hard to fight back from 1-5 & 30-30, I lost confidence. Hannah's serve was fantastic & she returned really well. It was a fun match. Congrats Hannah!!
