Florence Park Tennis Courts

Seb: Great game with Mo. He was firing fantastic serves at various points in the match, which were super tough to deal with.

Mo: Consistency definitely beats power. Well played Seb!

Dani: Thanks for the game it was really fun! Great returns and some really good rallies! Looking forward to the final set!

Anna: Thanks for a really fun game! Lots of close points and games and the first set went on for an hour! Looking forward to the deciding set another day.

Finn: Really competitive and long match - Alejandro's returns are excellent! got the benefit of the doubt on an important point that I'll feel guilty about - I deserve no such forgiveness next time

Inna: Such a fun game, we had so many long rallies and some Duce games. You got around the court really well and had some super shots!

Tim: Good match Jonas, glad I had an opportunity to square up the score board a little in a second set!

Jonas: Thanks, Tim. Fun game. Seemed like the first set's result was more straight than it should have been. Second set much closer.

Howard: Good game

Simon: Well played! Couldn't handle the clutch tennis at the end 😂 good luck with your continuing recovery!

Anna: Thank you for the game Trevor!

Fraser: Steve played very consistent tennis with lots of dropshots and lobs, and made very few mistakes. At the same time I was struggling a bit with consistency and felt off the pace today. Well deserved.

Steve: Fun game as always! Closer than the score suggests

Malcolm: Some great rallies, just managed to keep my nose in front!

Edward: Malcolm got ahead both sets and I couldn’t quite claw it back, very competitive and great rallies, but M had a bit more quality and consistency this time.

Jamal: Great game - I think my play needed to be more lento and less agitato! Going for too much & making a raft of silly unforced errors. Missed a mp, too. Neil played really well & deserved to win. Thanks!

Neil: Jamal’s serves and drop shots gave him a solid 2nd set comeback. Always nerve-wracking to play a decider TB but managed to get it in the end - by a hair’s breadth. Overall great and enjoyable game 😁
