Florence Park Tennis Courts

Malcolm: Some great rallies, just managed to keep my nose in front!

Edward: Malcolm got ahead both sets and I couldn’t quite claw it back, very competitive and great rallies, but M had a bit more quality and consistency this time.

Jamal: Great game - I think my play needed to be more lento and less agitato! Going for too much & making a raft of silly unforced errors. Missed a mp, too. Neil played really well & deserved to win. Thanks!

Neil: Jamal’s serves and drop shots gave him a solid 2nd set comeback. Always nerve-wracking to play a decider TB but managed to get it in the end - by a hair’s breadth. Overall great and enjoyable game 😁

Paris: Thank you Konstantinos for an incredible match with loads of amazing rallies and deuces! Looking forward to playing again soon and all the best for the rest of your matches.

Dani: Thank you Chris, very fun game, lots of good rallies!

Chris: Thank you. Had a great game with Dani. Lots of rallies and dupes. Wish you all the best for the upcoming matches.

Edward: Unfortunately not a good match because Oxf uni had the 4 other courts, 20+ people in/out every 30 mins + other interruptions most games. I was hitting fairly well (surprising in scenario) but yeah…

Alejandro: Awful match for me. Got distracted most of the time, but great job by Ed for keeping focused and taking it in the end!

Karen: A really fun game, full of amazing drop shots 😅

Edward: Iurie’s shots were working well today, and I couldn’t really get a foothold in the match. Well played.

Iurie: Always a pleasure playing Edward! Today was just the kind of game when everything was going right for me and not so much for Edward. Good luck with the rest of the season.
